Taylor Pearce
Taylor Pearce was raised in a longtime cattle ranching family in Okeechobee County and has been involved in the Florida cattle industry from an early age. Her passion for agriculture has led her to pursue both educational and professional opportunities focused on supporting producers and rural communities. Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in international agriculture from Oklahoma State University. She has previously worked with the Georgia Cattlemen’s Association in member engagement, educational programming, and industry outreach. Today, she serves as a commercial agriculture loan officer with Farm Credit of Florida, working directly with farmers and ranchers across the state. Taylor is passionate about preserving the traditions of the cattle industry while supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders.
