Emma Brown

Emma Brown is a proud 2nd generation rancher, following in the footsteps of her father, Timmy Johns. A lifelong advocate for agriculture and community, she is an active member of the Okeechobee County Cattlewomen and a proud member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, honoring both her Native American and Native Floridian heritage. Emma holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and spent over 20 years in the private sector in management and leadership roles before transitioning into real estate. Together with her husband Travis, she co-owns Brown and Company Realty, a growing brokerage with over 18 agents serving Central and South Florida. In addition to their real estate work, Emma and Travis maintain a small cow-calf operation they enjoy and hope to one day pass down to their children. Family is at the heart of everything Emma does. She and Travis are the proud parents of three children—Kailin, Jenna, and Jace—and recently became first-time grandparents to their grandson, Dawson. Emma continues to serve and lead in the industry she loves. She is the 2025–2026 Parliamentarian for Florida CattleWomen, Chair of the Social Media Committee, and Co-Chair of the Ranch Tour Committee.
